Why would anyone raid a base that appears to cost 100 rockets?
A base that appears to cost 100 rockets is not automatically worth 100 rockets, and the visible shell may not be the real route. Raid only when scouting supports a cheaper credible path, unusually strong loot or strategic value, and an exit plan that survives counters. Otherwise, walking away is the profitable decision.
| Evidence | Supports raiding | Supports walking away |
|---|---|---|
| Route confidence | A scouted door, roof, or splash route is materially cheaper than the shell | The plan assumes the core location and every hidden layer |
| Economic signal | Repeated high-value activity and storage behavior support the estimate | Base size is the only evidence of loot |
| Strategic value | The base directly blocks territory, farming, or team survival | The target is selected mainly for prestige |
| Execution | Team, reserve, sealing, banking, and exit roles are ready | Success depends on no counters and no wrong turns |
| Stop rule | A specific layer, reserve, or time limit ends the attempt | The only plan is to continue because boom was already spent |
