Refund Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026. RaidBench is currently in validation mode and real checkout is not enabled yet.

Current status

Payments are not enabled until a payment provider, support inbox, and delivery workflow are ready. Any current premium page is a validation page unless a live checkout link is shown.

Digital product refunds

When digital products are enabled, refund requests should be sent within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are generally approved when a duplicate payment occurred, the file was not delivered, the file cannot be opened, or the product description was materially inaccurate.

Non-refundable cases

Because digital files can be copied after delivery, refunds may be denied when the product was delivered and accessed successfully, the request is based only on a change of mind, or the buyer redistributed the file.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the buyer email, transaction ID, purchase date, product name, and the reason for the request.

Provider rules

Payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Creem may apply their own dispute, chargeback, tax, and refund rules. If a provider rule conflicts with this policy, the provider workflow may control the refund process.
