Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026. This policy covers RaidBench credit packs and verified answers sold to launch customers in the United States and Canada, alongside any mandatory rights that apply to the buyer.
Unused credit packs
A buyer may request a refund within 14 days when none of the credits in that pack have been used. Approved refunds return through PayPal to the original payment method, and the corresponding credits are removed from the RaidBench account.
Used credits and delivered answers
Credits already used for a delivered answer are not normally refundable because the digital service has been performed. A request that is held for stale, unsupported, or custom-server evidence costs zero credits.
If a delivered answer contains a material factual or calculation error within its stated scope, contact support within 14 days. RaidBench will investigate the saved inputs, evidence, and QA record, then correct the answer, restore the affected credits, or refund the relevant purchase when appropriate.
Problems RaidBench will put right
Contact support when a duplicate charge occurred, purchased credits were not added, account delivery is inaccessible, or the service is materially different from its checkout description. RaidBench may first restore access or credits when that resolves the problem, and will issue a refund when required or when the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Requests outside a statutory right
Where no mandatory right or the launch policy above applies, a discretionary refund may be considered based on payment status, credit use, answer delivery, and the circumstances of the request. Fraud, chargeback abuse, and redistribution of paid material are not eligible for a discretionary refund.
How to request help or a refund
Email [email protected] with the buyer email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, product name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Requests are acknowledged as soon as reasonably possible. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the payment provider or bank determines when the funds appear.
Payment-provider disputes
The payment provider shown at checkout may operate its own dispute and chargeback process. Contacting RaidBench first usually gives the fastest opportunity to restore delivery or investigate a duplicate transaction. Provider rules do not remove statutory consumer rights.
Mandatory rights prevail
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. When a provision conflicts with a mandatory rule, the mandatory rule applies.
