Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026. These terms govern access to RaidBench calculators, editorial guides, customer accounts, credits, and verified answers offered through raidbench.com.
Acceptance and contact
By using RaidBench, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
The legal merchant identity, business contact details, total price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment provider for a purchase will be presented before an order is placed and in the order confirmation.
Independent player resource
RaidBench is an independent, unofficial player resource. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facepunch Studios, Grinding Gear Games, Pocketpair, Valve, or the operators of the games and platforms discussed.
Game names, marks, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant game, update, or source.
Editorial information and calculators
Guides and calculator results are planning aids, not guarantees. Game updates, server settings, platform differences, balance changes, hotfixes, and player actions can change an outcome. Check the visible review date and linked official source before committing valuable in-game resources.
RaidBench may correct, update, reorganize, or retire content when evidence changes. Material corrections are handled under the editorial standards described on the About page.
Permitted use
You may use the public site and personally purchased material for lawful, personal gameplay planning. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape at a level that harms availability, resell or redistribute paid material, impersonate RaidBench, or use the site to facilitate cheating, credential theft, malware, harassment, or other unlawful conduct.
Credits, answers, and delivery
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The pack size, USD price, seller identity, payment provider, and delivery method are shown before PayPal opens. Purchased credits are added after payment confirmation and remain attached to the purchasing RaidBench account.
An answer uses the number of credits displayed when the request is submitted. Credits are debited only after a supported request passes the stated automated QA checks and the result is published inside the account. A stale, unsupported, or custom-server request is held without a debit.
Primary delivery is through the customer portal. You are responsible for keeping access to the account email and password and for contacting support promptly if access is lost.
Prices, taxes, and payment processing
The launch checkout bills in USD and shows the total before confirmation. Any currency conversion, payment-provider fee charged to the buyer, or applicable tax shown by PayPal is displayed before the buyer approves payment. Payment credentials are processed by PayPal; RaidBench does not store full card numbers.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds
Cancellation, statutory withdrawal rights, digital-content consent, and refund handling are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you.
Availability and external links
RaidBench aims to keep the site available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted access. Links to official patch notes, community platforms, or payment services lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RaidBench is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that a guide will produce a particular game result. RaidBench is not responsible for in-game losses caused by server variation, patches, another player's conduct, or use that disregards a stated limitation.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any mandatory consumer remedy.
Changes and severability
Material changes will be posted with a revised date and apply prospectively. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
